Personal Training Pricing
Preliminary Personal Training Testing Session
We require all of our clients to participate in an hour-long fitness testing session before signing up for any personal training. This session is a light workout where the client is put through a series of basic strength and mobility movements and helps us to determine the client's basic functional fitness (strength, speed, agility, mobility, and flexibility). Additionally, this initial session allows the client to get to know/trust us, and provides an opportunity for them to decide if we'd be the right fit. So, if you're still not sure, schedule a testing session and come on in and meet us. You won't regret it.
Individual Personal Training
After the initial testing session, we design a comprehensive workout program for each client. We specialize in individual problem solving through functional fitness and injury prevention. At Pellarin Performance, we believe that our clients deserve the attention and support that they are paying for, which is why our facility is completely private. Our clients don't have to put up with untidy spaces, equipment shortages, and discourteous gym-goers.
Peak Hours (5am-9am and 4pm-10pm): $120/hr.
Non-Peak Hours (10am-3pm): $100/hr.
Small Group Personal Training
Small group personal training usually comprises of 2 - 4 friends, coworkers, or teammates who want to workout together. Although more tricky to program (due to the various fitness levels and aspirations of each participant), these programs are always a lot of fun! If you don't like to work out alone and have a friend in mind then this is the option for you. We do require all participants to attend separate free testing sessions, as this allows us to accurately determine the starting point of each client and the resultant direction for the group sessions. This being said, our small-group training sessions have proven exceptionally beneficial to those clients who usually struggle to make it to the gym alone.
Flat Rate: $80/hr. per person
Pellarin Performance offers Vinyasa Yoga Classes every second and fourth Saturday of the month from 9-10am with Jen Legaspi. Classes are complimentary for personal training clients. Drop-ins are welcome; fee is $20. Classes will be suitable for beginner and intermediate yogis. Text Terri at (650) 206-0145 to reserve your spot.
