personal training testing session

We require all of our clients to participate in an hour-long fitness testing session before signing up for any personal training. During the session, the client is put through a series of basic strength and mobility movements, which are designed to help us determine the clients basic functional fitness. The combination of this testing session, the client's injury history, and the clients' health and fitness goals provide the foundation of our program design, which is then tweaked and revised over time to accommodate the respective clients' progress.

Our individual personal training sessions are designed for each client and include strength and conditioning programs specific to their health and fitness goals. We specialize in problem solving through functional fitness and injury prevention; given this, our individual personal training programs require a lot of time and effort to plan and implement. For this reason, we can only accommodate eight private clients per day. At Pellarin Performance, we believe that our clients deserve the attention and support that they are paying for, which is why our facility is completely private. Our clients don't have to put up with untidy spaces, equipment shortages, and unruly gym-goers. We know that you'll love the Pellarin difference.

Peak Training Hours (05:00 am - 10:00 am and 03:00 pm - 09:00 pm):

Small group personal training

Small group personal training usually comprises of 2 - 4 friends, coworkers, or teammates who want to workout together. Although more tricky to program (due to the various fitness aspirations of each participant), these programs are always a lot of fun! If you don't like working out alone and have a friend in mind then this is the option for you! We do require all participants to attend separate free testing sessions, as this allows us to accurately determine the starting point of each client. This being said, our small-group training sessions have proven exceptionally beneficial to those clients who usually struggle to make it to the gym alone. 

$80/hr per person

student athlete personal training

The Pellarin team is comprised of student athlete alumni! We believe that professional strength and conditioning at both a High School and Collegiate level is essential if an athlete wants to compete at their full potential. For this reason, we are always excited to work with both generalist and sport-specific student athletes and offer both individual and small group training sessions for student athletes. Although tailored to the student, these programs do vary based on the student's age, sport(s) of choice, and anticipated athletic trajectory (aims to compete at high school, college, professionally, or all three).

Individual: $80/hr 

Small Group: $40/hr per person (2 - 4 athletes)


We do offer specific short-term packages. These are for clients who don't necessarily want to spend an extended period of time in the gym; but rather, are interested in achieving a short-term goal.

12-week Postpartum Program

Congratulations! You have successfully put your body through the most trying of all natural physical experiences- pregnancy and childbirth. You carried your precious cargo for nine months, and brought a whole new human being into our world! Spend some time getting to know your little one, and then when you are ready, give some time back to your body and mind! Few people (including ALL men) truly understand the physical strain that your body has been through. From drastically stretched abdominal muscles, weakened pelvic floor muscles, and posture rounding, your body may be feeling a bit alien to you after childbirth.

Our 12-week postpartum program is designed for women who want/need a little bit of help reclaiming their toned and tight pre-pregnancy bodies. Over the course of the program, we will work intensively with you to re-tighten those abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, correct your posture and get your body back on track. A four session consultation with our nutritionist and a 12-week meal plan are included with your training package; we want to not only ensure that both you and baby are well nourished, but also that you are well equipped to lose any additional (unwanted) postpartum weight.

This package includes:

  1. 36 personal training sessions (3 per week for 12 weeks)
  2. 4 private sessions with our nutritionist, including meal plans.

Total Price: $4500

* Please note that this package is only available to women eight weeks postpartum! Your body does need to recover naturally immediately after childbirth.

* Please let us know in advance if you will need child care during your training session!

12-week Fat Loss Program

Whether you have a wedding coming up in the near future, don't want to commit to long-term personal training, or merely struggle with weight maintenance, this program will help you to not only kick-start your fat loss journey but also teach you how to monitor your workouts and nutrition for long-term success. 

Our 12-week fat loss program, although tailored to each client, will include specific workout routines that assist fat loss, and promote the development of long, lean muscle. As long as you put in the hard work, follow your meal-plan and practice consistency, we guarantee that you will experience amazing results on this program!
